1. Players will receive offer cards & emails/SMS regarding special offers if they are eligible. Players need to check their ‘My offers’-page for details, as often these offers are only valid for a specific period.
2. For offers that require a deposit to be made, the deposit has to be made within 20 hours from the offer card being credited to the players’ ‘My offers’-page, unless stated otherwise.
3. Players have 30 days from depositing to meet the wagering requirement. After that, the offer expires and players will be unable to complete the wagering requirement towards that offer, unless stated otherwise.
4. Offers that only need to be claimed have to be accepted within 12 hours from the card being credited to the players’ ‘My Offers’ page, unless stated otherwise.
5. Free Spins that have been claimed have to be used within 3 days from being accepted.
6. All Casino bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the offer value amount unless stated otherwise.
7. All Live Casino bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the offer value amount unless stated otherwise.
8. All Royal Panda offers, bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational players and Royal Panda may at its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
9. If players receive a Free Spin offer, winnings from their claimed Free Spins will not have a wagering requirement.
10. Players cannot register more than one account. If Royal Panda detects a player with more than one account, Royal Panda reserves the right to combine all funds into one account, and close the other(s). Bonuses and offers given to additional accounts will be removed.
11. Royal Panda reserves the right, at Royal Panda’s sole discretion, to revoke and/or cancel any bonuses we judge may have been obtained by misuse of the system.

13. Only wagers made with real money funds will contribute towards the wagering requirement.
14. Individual promotions and offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise. Furthermore, offers can only be wagered individually at any given time.
15. Minimal risk wagering cannot contribute to the requirements of this live casino bonus. Players who make minimal risk wagering can have these bonuses, cash prizes and other possible winnings revoked. 'Minimal risk wagering' means all those bets that cover more than 65% of the possible combinations.
Some examples:
- In the case of Roulette: it is considered a minimal risk bet any combination covering more than 24 numbers.
- In the case of Baccarat, Top Card games or similar card games: it is considered a minimal risk bet to play on both combinations (Player and Banker in Baccarat, Home and Away in Football Studio, Dragon and Tiger in Dragon Tiger, Andar and Bahar in Andar Bahar).
These examples are indicative, but not exhaustive. Any combination that covers more than 65% of the possible combinations in any game can be considered a 'Minimal risk bet' and is therefore not valid for the purpose of the requirements to redeem the bonus.

18. If players knowingly attempt to circumvent Royal Panda’s systems by using a virtual private network connection to participate in jackpots, which they would otherwise not be eligible to participate in, they shall be deemed to have breached these T&Cs. Royal Panda reserves the right to withhold all winnings or deposits made.
19. If, despite the fact that players are residents in a country in which gambling is illegal, players participate in jackpots, which they would otherwise not be eligible to participate in, Royal Panda shall retain the right to withhold all winnings and deposits.
20. These General Casino & Live Casino Offer Terms are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Royal Panda.
