About Legend Of Cleopatra Megaways
Legend of Cleopatra is a remake of an old Playson favourite from 2018, but this time with the Megaways engine. As you might guess from the name, the theme here is Ancient Egypt.
Because it’s a Megaways slot, each of the game’s five reels can contain a random number of symbols on each reel between two and seven. With the right combination of symbols, you could unlock 200,704 ways to win.
To get a win, you need at least three identical symbols to land on adjacent reels, starting from Reel 1 and going left to right. The exception to this is the Cleopatra symbol, which will pay out even if you only get two of her.
If you uncover the bonus symbols at the top of the reels, you’ll open up the free spins round.
For the graphics, Playson has opted for a simple style, with a royal blue backdrop with pyramids in the distance. On the reels, the symbols of the Egyptian gods and Cleopatra herself are very eye-catching.

Collapsing Symbols
Collapsing symbols are what Playson calls cascading reels. Whenever you get a win, the winning symbols will disappear from the reels, and be replaced by new ones falling from above. This will continue until you stop getting wins.
Scarab Multipliers
Above the reels, four random symbols with a red scarab attached to them hide the word ‘BONUS’. If one or more of these symbols is part of a win, it too will disappear, and you’ll get the multiplier that’s attached to that symbol. Each symbol removed adds +1 to the multiplier. If you don’t get a win, you go back to the base game.
If you manage to remove all the symbols and reveal ‘BONUS’, you’ll enter the free spins round. If you’re lucky, you can remove all the scatter symbols in one just one spin.
Free Spin Bonus
Once you’ve removed all the symbols and activated the free spins round, you’ll get an initial 12 free spins, and the multipliers you’ve earned will be carried into the bonus game. If you manage to clear the bonus reel again, you’ll be awarded with an additional five free spins. What’s more, the Scarab Multiplier does not reset if you don’t get a win, and instead carries on growing with every win.

Symbols
The symbols in Legend Of Cleopatra Megaways are pretty much what you’d expect from a game set in Ancient Egypt. The low-paying symbols are the playing card symbols 9, 10, J, Q, K and A. These are followed by symbols of three Egyptions gods: Horus, Bastet, and Anubis. If you’re unfamiliar with Egyptian mythology, that’s the eagle, the cat and the jackal respectively Finally, there’s the legendary queen of Egypt herself, Cleopatra.
The wild symbol is a straightforward golden symbol with the word ‘Wild’ on it.
Winning combinations
To get a win in Legends Of Cleopatra Megaways, you need to land three or more identical symbols regardless of size on consecutive reels, from left to right. The exception is the Cleopatra symbol, in which case you only need a minimum of two.
9 and 10
9 and 10 are the lowest-paying symbols in this slot. The win ranges from 0.10x your bet up to 0.5x depend on whether you get three, four, five or six adjacent symbols.
J, Q, K and A
The high-card symbols in this slot all have the same value: from 0.15x to 0.75 from three to five adjacent symbols
Anubis (the jackal)
The purple Anubis symbol pays out wins of between 0.4x your bet for three symbols, and 2x for six symbols

Beautiful, cunning Cleopatra is the highest-paying symbol of the game (it’s her name in the title, after all). She’s also the only symbol who will give you a win for just two adjacent symbols - 2x your bet. If you get six Cleopatra symbols, your win will be 40x your bet.
