Terms and Conditions
1.1. These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Royal Panda Rewards Programme (“Royal Panda+”). You accept these T&Cs by opting in to Royal Panda+.
1.2. These T&Cs are subject to the Royal Panda General Terms and Conditions (“GTCs”) and include and incorporate the GTCs (including but not limited to all limitations on you as detailed within the GTCs). Where there is any conflict between the GTCs and the T&Cs, the GTCs shall prevail. Solely in relation to the mechanics of Royal Panda+, these T&Cs shall prevail, followed by the Standard Promotional Terms, and then the GTCs, but to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency in relation to Royal Panda+.
1.3. Royal Panda+ is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the Royal Panda website located at www.royalpanda.com and/or mobile applications that we own or operate using the same brand (“Royal Panda”). Please see the footer for further information.
1.4. Royal Panda+ will run until terminated at Royal Panda’s sole discretion. Royal Panda further reserves the right to suspend or modify the rules or format of Royal Panda+ where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in law or regulation; or by giving you prior notice via email, if the change or cancellation is required for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the promotion, or if a mistake is identified).
1.5. In the event Royal Panda+ is terminated, suspended or modified in line with clause 1.4.
1.5.1. Modified with no changes: Where Royal Panda+ is modified, where such changes are not material, or do not negatively impact your rights, the T&Cs will be updated and your progress will remain uninterrupted. Opt in to Royal Panda+ may be temporarily suspended whilst changes are made.
1.5.2. Modified with changes: Where Royal Panda+ is, for any reason, modified with material changes required. If already opted in, your current progress towards the Royal Panda Spin&Win will not be affected. After you have reached 100% on the Progress Circle, and the Royal Panda Spin&Win has been awarded, or the offer expiry is reached (whichever comes first), you will be automatically opted out of the programme. To re-enter into the new, modified Royal Panda+ Programme you will be required to opt-in again, accepting the new T&Cs.
1.5.3. Terminated: Where Royal Panda+ is, for any reason, terminated, opt-in to Royal Panda+ will be suspended. If you had opted in before termination your current progress towards the Royal Panda Spin&Win will not be affected. After you have reached 100% on the Progress Circle, and the Royal Panda Spin&win is triggered, or the progression expiry is reached, whichever comes first, you will be automatically opted out of the programme. In the event it is reintroduced, you will be required to opt back into the Royal Panda+ Programme, accepting any new T&Cs.
2. Who Can Opt In?
2.1. Royal Panda+ is open to new and existing players on Royal Panda. You must be 19 years of age or older and have and maintain a valid account with Royal Panda to participate (“your Account”). Royal Panda+ is not available to employees, agents, partners or consultants of Royal Panda, its corporate group or affiliated companies.
2.2. For your eligibility to Royal Panda+ to remain valid, your Account must comply with the GTCs. If your Account or you breach(es) the GTCs or T&Cs, your eligibility in Royal Panda+ will automatically be voided.
3. Royal Panda+ Programme
3.1. In order to enter you must be logged into your Account and opt in to the Royal Panda+ Programme via the Royal Panda+ page.
3.2. Upon opting in, a Progress Circle (“Progress Circle'') will be displayed at the top of the screen on your Account. The Progress Circle will be visible at all times, including during gameplay, and will indicate your progress towards eligibility for Royal Panda Spin&Win.
3.3. In the event that you opt-out of the promotion, your progress will reset to 0% and the Progress Circle will no longer be visible during gameplay. To re-enter you should opt-in again to restart from zero.
3.4. You have 365 days from opt-in to complete 300 spins on any Casino game to reach 100% on the Progress Circle, at which point a notification will appear to indicate Royal Panda Spin&Win has been triggered.
3.5. In the event you do not complete progress within the specified time (365days), your progress will be lost, you will not trigger the Royal Panda Spin&Win, and you will need to opt in to the programme again.
3.6. The minimum stake contribution towards your progress is $0.50 per spin. This means that the minimum cost to meet 300 spins is $150.00.
3.7. Only stakes made after opting in will count towards your progress.
3.8. For the avoidance of doubt, stakes made with bonus funds will not count towards fulfilling the Progress Circle.
3.9. The Progress Circle will reset after every 300 spins and has unlimited uses.
4. Royal Panda Spin&Win
4.1. Once Royal Panda Spin&Win is triggered and you have been notified in line with clause 3.4, you must spin Royal Panda Spin&Win within 72 hours. If unused within 72 hours, the Royal Panda Spin&Win will expire and will no longer be available.
4.2. Prizes available on the Royal Panda Spin&Win include: Cash, Bonus Spins on selected games, or Golden Chips, please see Clause 4.6 below for more information.
4.3. Bonus Spins will be credited to your Account immediately but will expire if not used within 72 hours.
4.4. Cash prizes will be credited into the cash balance on your Account immediately and there are no wagering requirements attached. Cash prizes do not expire.
4.5. Your prize will be determined by your average stake amount:
4.5.1. Tier 1: Average stake between $0.50 to $0.99 to complete the 300 spins = Receive 1 prize from the following prize pool of: 500 Bonus Spins at $0.20 on Gates of Olympus, 2 Bonus Spins at $0.10 on Big Bass Bonanza, $0.50 Cash, 2 Golden Chips at $1 on Playtech Games, $5 Cash, or 10 Golden Chips at $1 on Playtech Games.
4.5.2. Tier 2: Average stake between $1 to $1.99 to complete the 300 spins = Receive 1 prize from the following prize pool of: 500 Bonus Spins at $0.40 on Gates of Olympus, 2 Bonus Spins at $0.20 on Big Bass Bonanza, $1 Cash, 3 Golden Chips at $1 on Playtech Games, $10 Cash, or 20 Golden Chips at $1 on Playtech Games.
4.5.3. Tier 3: Average stake between $2 to $4.99 to complete the 300 spins = Receive 1 prize from the following prize pool of: 500 Bonus Spins at $0.50 on Gates of Olympus, 2 Bonus Spins at $0.40 on Big Bass Bonanza, 3 Golden Chips at $1 on Playtech Games, $3 Cash, 15 Golden Chips at $1 on Playtech Games, or $25 Cash.
4.5.4. Tier 4: Average stake $5+ to complete the 300 spins = Receive 1 prize from the following prize pool of: 500 Bonus Spins at $1 on Gates of Olympus, 3 Bonus Spins at $1 on Big Bass Bonanza, 2 Golden Chips at $1 on Playtech Games, $9 Cash, 50 Golden Chips at $1 on Playtech Games, or $100 Cash.
